The new approach to floor sanding
New for 2011 is the ‘OCTI-DISC SYSTEM’ introduced by Werk Master, using individually driven discs powered by intuitive motors, floor sanding on a large scale can now be achieved more simply and efficiently.
Originally designed for concrete and stone polishing the ‘OCTI-DISC SYSTEM’ can now be applied to wood, utilising the latest in tooling technology floors can either be restored and polished using a combination of diamond tip cutting ‘Segs’ and sand paper less meshes or sanded using traditional ceramic heat resistant sand paper both producing unprecedented levels of finishing on large areas.
Coupled with modern dust extraction systems floor restoration and sanding has never been so efficient and clean. The machines are designed to polish and clean wood without the traditional problems of sand paper clogging during stock removal.
One of very few machines currently in use, ‘The Raptor’ by werk master is by far the most aggressive surface grinding/edging machine, designed to sand, grind, polish, & buff to within 3mm of the edge and even under counters and up to kick plates. Levelling, even the most uneven surfaces in one sweep.
Below are just some of the benefits of this revolutionary technology:
- 230v operation(3 Phase required for full power)
- ‘Octi-Disc’ technology
- Large 406x406mm(16″ X 16″) sanding footprint
- Eliminates edging
- Can be coupled together for larger jobs
- ‘Ultraflex Plug System’
- Unrivalled dust extraction, on all surfaces
